Chadd Stoops
True North Legacy LLC was founded by Chadd Stoops, an entrepreneur and hospitality-driven operator who brings a rare combination of experience, values, and real-world execution.
Chadd is an Eagle Scout, and that foundation still defines how he operates today: with integrity, preparedness, responsibility, and an internal standard of excellence — even when no one is watching.
A major part of that integrity is rooted in his Christian faith. Being a Christian isn’t simply a personal belief — it’s a daily commitment to honesty, accountability, and treating people with respect. It influences how True North Legacy shows up, communicates, handles responsibility, and honors agreements.
Chadd’s background also includes founding and operating production companies, where results depend on leadership, follow-through, and execution. That same mindset now drives the way True North Legacy manages properties: with systems, detail, and relentless follow-through.
